The Sculpt Ritual

The Sculpt Ritualproposes starting the morning through movement, mindfulness, and self-care.

The experience will begin with a private Infrared Mat class. A full-body practice that combines Pilates and functional training through rhythmic, low-impact movements in a room equipped with infrared heat panels.

For fifty minutes, we will work on strength, endurance, control, and body awareness in a class adapted to different levels.

After the practice, the group will gather around a table prepared for the occasion. Each guest can enjoy a matcha accompanied by light, healthy catering, designed to restore energy and extend the morning without rushing.

Through The Wellbeing Exchange, a simple conversation dynamic, we will share small rituals, practices, and discoveries that help us feel better. A natural way to start new conversations and meet other women based on common interests.

Before saying goodbye, each guest will receive a wellness gift selected to continue the self-care at home.
