The Sculpt Ritual

The Sculpt Ritualproposes starting the morning with movement, mindfulness, and self-care.

The experience will begin with a private mat Pilates class, led by a Be-Toro Method instructor and adapted for different levels. A low-impact practice designed to work on strength, control, mobility, and body awareness.

Afterward, a table adorned with flowers will welcome the group with matcha, water, and Greek yogurt bowls accompanied by a carefully selected assortment of ingredients. An informal moment to recharge, converse, and meet other women with similar interests.

Each guest will receive a complimentary gift selected to extend the spirit of the experience at home.
